Third "solution" found online: Uninstalling NVIDIA GeForce Experience and re-installing. Second "solution" found online: I also read that it could be the game filters of Freestyle that was making that, due to trying to enhance everything in the game, turned it off, no fix yet. (Also deleted the temp files that I had already.) No fix.

Then, I noticed in the In Game Overlay, that Instant Replay was turned off. When I wanted to record a clip last night, It was not recording it when I was using the shortcut. It was working perfectly, until yesterday.
